Join the African American Historical Society and Lancaster Public Art in celebrating Black History Month in the City of Lancaster!

“For the Culture,” an exhibit that centers on the work and artistic depiction of Black women, will be on display at the City Hall Gallery throughout February.
An opening reception will be held Friday, February 1st from 5 - 8 pm, while a special program will be held from 6 - 7 pm.

The program will feature a reading of the annual City Council resolution passed to honor Black History Month, performances by Evita Colon and Gracie Berry, light food by Hubub Lancaster, and will be emceed by Savannah Thorpe.
